About Us

A little about our team

Sharon graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, with a triple major in Speech/Drama/English. She had a successful sales career with such Fortune 100 and 500 companies as IBM and Herman Miller. She began her staffing career in Business Development for such national companies as Spherion and Special Counsel (legal staffing), and then decided to focus on recruitment and staffing services. She formed her own company in 2009, enlisting the services of some of Houston's premier staffing specialists.

Susan, a Texas native, is a consummate professional-services leader with 30+ years of delivering workforce solutions in the staffing industry. Her strong HR and staffing background helps her find reasonable and successful outcomes to talent and general business challenges. Susan is a graduate of Texas Tech University, with a degree in Secondary Education. She taught a couple of years before she decided to begin her staffing career. Susan began her staffing career with Kelly Services, and held positions of increasingly more responsibility throughout her 27-year career there. She and Sharon have worked together as a strong team for the past 5 years.
