    Industrial supply company ready to hire Document person to work with engineering and keep track of projects/jobs, etc.  Any pump/pipe/compressor experience would be a strong plus

    right hand” person by helping this entrepreneur carry out his day to day duties, as well as his personal assistant.  This is not an 8 to 5 job.  QuickBooks is a MUST; Intermediate MS Office Outlook, WorD & Excel. Excellent grammar, communication & writing skills.  Must be able to stand up to people, prioritize and make decisions, but also must be able to serve pastries on a silver platter.  Degree is a plus, not a must.

  • Accountant

    $DOE (1 to 3 yr. $55-60; less than 1 yr $50-55K);  needs accounting degreed & good experience w/ financial statements.  Will also need to have good grasp of debits & credits. Will be tested

  • Accountant – Midstream Operations

    Houston;  Bachelors degree or advanced degree in accounting business or finance.Prefer 1 to 3 years of experience as a professional accountant. Basic understanding of GAAP. Proficient Excel skills. Experience w/ Oracle or other similar ERP preferred.

  •  Payroll Supervisor

    downtown, $50-65K  Need 5+ years experience processing an in-house payroll including state & federal tax deposits & filings (940, 941, W-2, etc.) plus benefit plan administration (renewals to monthly payments), pension, 401K, medical, dental, workers comp, 5500, etc. &  basic accounting (asset, liability, expense, debit, credit, etc.)…good tenure… .

    Downtown.  Seeking CPA or CPA in progress, with 3-6  yrs. experience as an Auditor in Public Accounting with a Big 4, BDO, or Grant Thornton.  Trading Commodities experience a plus.   •• Sun Accounts Experience or equivalent;  Business Objects reporting or equivalent

  • Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst – Subsidiary Reporting

    $62,700  - $78,400; requires degree, CPA &  min 4 years prof experience w/ an emphasis on general ledger accounting & financial reporting preferred as well as multi-level consolidations (key), preparation of financial statements & footnotes in accordance w/ U.S. GAAP, preparation of supporting work paper documentation & public accounting is a plus. Proficiency w/spreadsheets, word processing, operating systems, database & communications software programs.

  • Controller to 85K – South Houston

    An established metals company ready to hire Controller.  The previous person of l6 years is retiring.  Any manufacturing would be a plus or any related.

  • Financial Accounting Manager

    East, ―to $90K (No bonus)  CPA w/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (a must) w/seven (7) years of related experience & five (5) years supervisory experience…need JD Edwards General Ledger system knowledge & working knowledge of all AICPA, FASB & GASB.  Strong financial accounting background in large corporations.

  • O/G Tax Accountant

    North, to $100K; Would prefer a CPA, but will try w/out, but must have degree in Accounting. For $100K  must be very well versed in O/G Tax Accounting. 50% of time working in CPA office on North Loop, 50% of time working at O/G client's office in the Woodlands.
